All Deputed and Non-Deputed Applicants are requested to send the documents
as mentioned in the Admission Information Brochure
immediately after submitting the form at the following e-mail address

The document is to be in:
PDF Format and and of the file name should be
ApplicationNumber_ApplicantName_Subject
(Eg. 145_RITUPARNAADHIKARY_ENGLISH.pdf)
 
NOTE :
Applicant is required to upload scanned copies of their Photo and self attested (with date) photocopies of following documents in .jpg format only.
  1. Passport size Photograph.
  2. Class 10 Marksheet.
  3. Class 12 Marksheet.
  4. Under Graduate (UG) Marksheet (FINAL semester / FINAL year).
  5. Post Graduate (PG) Marksheet (FINAL semester / FINAL year) (if applicable).
  6. Age Proof Document (eg. Birth Certificate or Admit Card showing DOB).
  7. Caste certificate for SC / ST applicants.
  8. Baptism Certificate for Christian applicants.
  9. The maximum size for uploading the following documents are as follows:
    • Photograph within 50 kb.
    • All other self attested documents within 200 kb each.

Important
Once you have applied please note down your Application Number carefully. If you have already applied and received your Application Number YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AGAIN you can use the UPLOAD PHOTOGRAPH & DOCUMENT option to upload Photopraph and documents. Use the PAY APPLICATION FEE option and pay application fee. Only candidates who successfully PAY the Application Fee will be considered for the Merit List.
